You’ve heard the acronym “Together Everyone Achieves More”, and I hope you have been applying that to your business. Whether it’s a challenge group for your customers, or a team of coaches that you are leading, being a part of a team makes all the difference for yourself and the people you are working with.IMG_6970

Here are some of the benefits of being a part of a team:

  1. Support: This is a no brainer. As long as you are a part of the RIGHT team, you will find so much more support from other players and together you will all feel more powerful which gives you the drive to reach your goals. As a part of a team it is you role to receive and give support, so make sure you are finding your balance with both.
  1. Positivity: Again as long as you are a part of the right team you should feel positive energy throughout your interactions with other team players. Typically teams are lead by a coach. Think about a positive coach you have had in the past. Positive coaches tell you things like “you can do it”, “I believe in you”, “you are amazing”. This words of encouragement and positivity lift you up and gives you the confidence you need to reach your goals.
  1. Saves Time: Being a part of a team saves you time  as opposed to working by yourself. You can make things happen much quicker because you can bounce ideas off each other and learn from one another. You know what they say….two heads are better than one!
  1. Complementary Strengths: When you are working with a team that has a variety of strength and skills, the overall functionality of the team is enhanced and magic happens much faster. AS a team player, find out what strengths you have that you can bring to the table.
